He worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was delegated to multiple countries, including the Embassies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the United States of America and Jordan. Additionally, he served as a teaching assistant at King Saud University, a lecturer at Majmaah University, and a faculty member at several private universities. His professional journey includes being appointed as a consultant to the King Salman Institute for Studies and Consulting Services, where he provided legal consultations and studies to various ministries and government agencies. He also played a key role in developing legal departments within commercial companies.
Furthermore, he holds memberships in prestigious organizations such as the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Union for Integrated Dispute Management, Arab Society for Mediation and Arbitration in Intellectual Property. He is also an accredited arbitrator in Saudi commercial courts and a certified resident in the Saudi Bar Association. Additionally, he is recognized as a certified trainer by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
Among his notable literary contributions are books like "Explanation of the Saudi Commercial System," "The Legal Environment for Business," and "Legal Protection of the Consumer." He has presented several scientific papers on topics ranging from the legal and social implications of the bankruptcy system to contractual freedom in the corporate system.
